Well-established internal communications, rich corporate culture, transparent motivation systems - all this contributes to the enhancement of business efficiency. The increase of our clients' business efficiency by means of managing internal communications, corporate culture and organizational development is the goal of the intracorporate communications department of the "PROPAGANDA" Center of Communication Technologies.

In the "Intracorporate communications" line, the "PROPAGANDA" CCT provides the following:

· Consulting and efficiency enhancement programs in terms of corporate culture and management, accelerating the achievement of the company's goals;

· elaboration and implementation of programs and measures of financial and non-financial staff motivation;

· elaboration and implementation of canges support programs, helping to overcome the unavoidable opposition of the staff to changes in the company;

· creation and maximization of the efficiency of internal communications channels, promotion of the company's internal image, explaining the company's goals and strategy to the staff.

The "PROPAGANDA" CCT was one of the first to offer its customers services in the management of companies' internal communications. The "PROPAGANDA" CCT brought the term "intracorporate PR" into the common use among Russian PR specialists. At present, the "PROPAGANDA" CCT has gained rich experience in the intrcorporate communications. Specialists of the agency have developed a wide complex of methods, technologies and tools for the purposes of resolving the most complicated problems in this field. One of the most demanded tools today is the corporate code (corporate ethics code), as a regulation tool of the staff's organizational behavior and generally of the company's corporate culture.
